Online Payment Instructions

  For first time payments, please have these ready:

  1. Your bank routing and account number (either checking or saving. Both personal and business bank accounts are acceptable).
  2. Your name and contact information (address, phone number and email).
  3. Your child’s name and Student ID# from US Arts Center.  
    For a new student or camp student: if you do not have their Student ID from US Arts Center, you can use your child's date of birth instead.
  4. Go to New User and follow the steps to finish/confirm your payments.
  5. You will receive confirmation email from Bank. Forward the email to US Arts Center. (For Chantilly, USArtsChantilly@gmail.com; for Fairfax, USArtsFairfax@gmail.com). US Arts will process your registration upon receiving the confirmation email.

To save your information in our system for future use, create an account during your first payment. Your phone number can only be used one time as a New User and will be saved for your future payment(s).

  1. Complete all steps as New User.
  2. On Confirmation Page, click Enroll with Your Current Information.
  3. Follow the steps to create an account with your own User ID and password.
  4. Record in a safe place: your User ID and password, your answers to image label and secret questions.
  5. You will receive an email to activate your account.
  6. You will go to Log In next time when you go to the website to make payment(s).

For parents who would like to make multiple payments:

  1. You need to schedule all payments and give 2nd/3rd payment future payment date(s).
  2. You need to do one transaction for each payment separately. 
  3. After you finish the first payment, on the Confirmation Page, click Return to Home.
  4. Enter the amount and date for 2nd payment and follow the steps to finish it. 
  5. If you have more than two payments, repeat # 3 and #4 to enter all payments and the dates.

For parents who want to pay for multiple children:

You need to pay for each child in a separate transaction.

After you finish the payment for your first child, on the Confirmation Page, click Return to Home.

Enter the child name, Student ID, amount and date for 2nd child and follow the steps to finish it. 

If you have more than two children, repeat #3 and #4 to enter all payments and the dates.
