No absences/makeups need to be reported for holiday closures
Absences / Makeups
Policies
- Parents need to report absences for their child(ren) and schedule makeup classes ahead of time from their account in RMS.
- All absences need to be reported a minimum 2 hours prior to the class start time in order to schedule makeup class for the missed class.
- Absences without reporting cannot be made up.
- Students must do makeups in the location they are registered in
- All absences need to be made up within each student's registration term.
- Absences shall not roll over between academic years or registration terms.
- No make-ups are allowed after the registration has ended.
- Absences are not refundable and cannot be carried over to the next registration term.
- If US Arts Center is closed due the inclement weather, the missed classes will be reported by our staff as absences. Parents can schedule a make-up class from your account.
- No credit or refund for school closure. The class needs to be made up.
