Portfolio & Scholarship

Students develop and refine their work first, shifting their focus to applications as college application deadlines approach.

Students will:

Strengthen their portfolios with focused instruction and one-on-one feedback
Learn what admissions officers look for and how to show it
Prepare for interviews and portfolio reviews
Write essays that reflect who they are as artists
Get a head start on skills taught in first-year college art courses

Students also learn from each other. Through group critiques and shared progress, they support one another through the application process and often form friendships that last well beyond the classroom.
