Cancellation Policy

Weekly Art Classes

Written notice in email to the office is required.
There will be $70/student processing fee for all cancellation.
Full refund after process fee for remaining registered classes after date of cancellation request.
No refund for absence.

Summer Programs

Each cancellation will incur a $70/student processing fee.
Full refund after processing fee if cancelled 4 or more weeks prior to camp start date.
60% refund after processing fee if cancelled less than 4 weeks but more than 1 week prior to start date.
30% refund after processing fee if cancelled less than 1 week prior to start date.
No refund if cancelled on the start date or after the start date.
No refund and no make-ups for absences.
